Chairman’s message

Dear Friends,

China Care Fund Ltd. (“CCF”) came into existence in 1993.

We became a registered charity in Hong Kong in 2003 and a licensed “Overseas’ NGO” on the Mainland in 2018.

We have no political nor religious affiliations.

Our Rural Talent Revitalization-High School Assistant programme for senior high school students in rural China has always been the focus of our work. Since 2003, this programme grown from an annual uptake of 50 senior high school students in northern Guangdong to approximately 3,000 in 3 provinces across the country in 2026. Many of our High Schools’ students continue to receive assistant after graduation under this programme. Many obtained university degrees and many more became professionals and responsible members of society. Many returned as mentors and sponsors for those following their footsteps. Our family of alumni has taken up many of the tasks we set out to accomplish.

Whilst educational programmes are high on our agenda, CCF also provides eye care services, urgent financial and medical assistance, cultural exchanges and other training programmes to those living in rural China.

CCF also serve the young people in Hong Kong. We believe that youngsters in Hong Kong should be afforded proper and unbiased opportunities to learn about themselves and the motherland. We believe their future lies in peaceful coexistence with their counterparts from across the border.
