Mr. TSO Yeung Arthur (The Chairman)
Mr. Tso is a practicing solicitor. He is also a Registered Social Worker. He received his education in Hong Kong, England and Canada. He joined China Care Fund Ltd as a volunteer in 1998, became one of its directors in 2003 and was elected the Chairman in 2013. Mr. Tso is now responsible for the day to day management, overall strategic planning on operations and service provisions of the organization. Mr. Tso believes in total transparency and accountability in all aspects of the organization’s services. He also believes that through education and exchanges, people can achieve mutual co-existence.
Sister LAW Yuen Ming Agnes
Sister Law founded China Care Fund in 1993. She received her education in Hong Kong, UK, Italy and Beijing, and holds a Doctorate degree in education. She was the supervisor of Sacred Heart Canossian College at her retirement.

Francis has served as a member of the Management Committee since China Care Fund Ltd registered itself as a charity in 2003. He was elected a Director of the Board of Director in 2025.
